The roof of the mosque in Bergheim now carries a large photovoltaic system. Planned, installed and connected by Hartit, right in town.
A flat roof with domes and a coloured skylight: plenty of space, but not empty space. Every row of modules had to leave the domes, the skylight and the maintenance paths clear while still using as much surface as possible.
The modules went up by crane. Mounting structure, cabling, inverters and registration were all done by our own team, no subcontractors.
The power is used where it is produced: in the building itself, on every sunny day.
